A model needs to find its way through an unfamiliar place, act on incomplete information, and learn from the result. Its environment changes. So does its body. Other models can teach it things it could never discover alone.
We organize our work around those conditions. The architecture integrates perception and movement; learning continues through deployment; useful knowledge can transfer between models.
Build capabilities.
Publish the evidence.
We publish model cards and research notes for the capabilities we develop. Each report states the question, the results, and the implications for our architectures.
We evaluate perception, memory, reasoning, and learning as distinct capabilities. Published results include units, methods, and sources so the work can be examined and compared.
